At least one author of an accepted paper must register. Authors with multiple papers should see the registration page for more information. Papers have to be presented in the Symposium in order to be included in the conference proceeding.
The final manuscript (PDF and zipped original sources) must be submitted using the EDAS submission website. Authors of accepted papers must provide the invoice number listed in the receipt when submitting the final camera‐ready paper on EDAS. If your accepted paper is more than 6 pages, you must pay CAD 100 over-length fee per page (and for a maximum of 2 extra pages per paper) at the time you register.
The standard IEEE two-column conference format must be used for all manuscripts. Please use the US letter format for the symposium, with Word/LaTeX templates found here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
The Canadian Society of Information Theory has partnered with the Radio Communication Committee (RCC) of the IEEE Communications Society for the ongoing technical sponsorship of BSC. For inclusion in the IEEE digital library, IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.
Please download the copyright form HERE, fill it in and send a scanned copy together with your manuscript when submitting the camera-ready version of your paper to the proceedings menu of the EDAS submission website.
The deadline for camera-ready paper submission is June 18.
