We have secured multiple sources of funding to subsidize students’ traveling to the summer school. Students wishing to be considered for travel grants need to justify your financial needs in the registration form.

On-Campus Accommodations
The campus of the University of Ottawa is located in downtown Ottawa, where there are many hotels near campus. We have reserved a number of rooms in a student residence on campus for the summer school participants at a discounted rate. Specifically, each room is a two-bedroom unit, containing two bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a study area (see the companion floor plan). Each unit is to be shared by 2 guests. The cost for each guest is CAD $330 for 6 nights (check-in on July 28 and check-out on August 3). Each guest will be paired with a random roommate.
