Registration fees and benefits

Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a full registration in order for it to be included in the workshop proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

FOR AUTHORS:

• To be published in the BSC 2025 Conference Proceedings, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL rate.
• One FULL REGISTRATION allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author. Please use the registration confirmation code to upload the final paper(s). Sharing of the paper upload code is strictly prohibited. The deadline for author registration is 15 May 2025.
• The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
• Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

FOR ALL CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to richard.nti@usherbrooke.ca by 15 May 2025. An administrative fee of CA$100 will be charged for each refund.
